A flatbar gravel bike may seem like a confused middle child of the off-road cycling world, but it is undeniably an absolute blast to ride.

With the upright position of a mountain bike and effeciency of a lighter bike unencumbered by the complications of squishy (and often heavy) suspension, you can’t deny that flatbar gravel builds are pretty awesome. And yes, this is pretty much what 1990s mountain bikes used to be, but who said 1990s mountain bikes stopped being fun to ride?

We built up a few Kopis flatbar builds by popular request and we honestly think these builds are super fun, so they re now a standard offering among the Montu Kopis build options.
