Crash replacement policy: If you damage your bike and it’s a reason not covered by warranty, we will sell you another frame at a significantly discounted price.
In-person demo and fit checks by appointment in Arnprior, or we do a demo at your home depending on location (this option costs $30 and if you buy a bike it’s taken off your invoice)
