Montu Nui V2: an Endurance Superbike
The Montu Nui V2 redefines what an endurance road bike can be. With a geometry similar to the fatigue-fighting endurance geometry found on the Montu Osiris , the Nui V2 combines it with the wind-cheating aerodynamics of a purebred racer. The result? A machine that saves you watts without punishing your body.
Engineered for the long haul At the heart of the Nui V2 is a geometry tuned for all-day performance combined with a massive tire clearance (up to 40mm slick road tires fit), which means that the Nui v2 laughs at bad roads. High-volume tires mean a well-cushioned ride and ample traction when the road gets twisty, allowing you to hold your line with confidence and control without sacrificing too much speed.
Endurance sometimes means slow and steady, but when certain rides call for full gas efforts, the Nui V2 is up to the task. The aerodynamic frame profile combined with optimizing the frontal profile of your wheel and tire combo (which we do in our complete builds) allows you to slice your way through stiff headwinds.
This is not a dedicated aero machine, nor a featherlight climbing machine (though in size medium with 50mm deep wheels, it barely tips the scales at 7.5kg so it’s still a lean and mean mountain machine!) but is a bike optimized as the perfect all-rounder, offering the rider you a well-balanced bike that can ride its way with confidence through multiple riding scenarios.
Pavement isn’t always perfect, and neither is your route. The Montu Nui V2 features massive tire clearance for up to 40mm (40c) road tires. Whether you are smoothing out rough chip-seal or taking a detour onto a fire road, you have the cushion and traction to ride with confidence.
The wind is no longer your enemy, and the horizon is closer than you think.
All bicycles are a compromise on two wheels. The Nui V2 is the perfect compromise, if such a thing exists
The Nui Way…
The Nui, which a name given to the Sky Goddess in ancient Egypt, is designed to be the perfect all-rounder allroad bike.
The geometry leans towards the endurance side, allowing you to push the envelope of long rides with varying road conditions.
We offer Nui builds using electronic drivetrains only due to the fully integrated nature of the frameset and included integrated cockpit.
Who is it for?
If you want a do-it-all aero road bike with an integrated cockpit and massive tire clearance: this is your bike!
If you want a more traditional endurance machine at a slightly more affordable price point and options for non-integrated cockpit and mechanical drivetrains, consider the Montu Osiris.
If you want a full-steam gravel racer, bikepacking rig or two wheel size versatility, the Montu Kopis might be the better choice for you.
Should I pick the Nui V2 or the Osiris?
The Montu Nui V2 and the Montu Osiris are both very capable bikes, with differences that make them excel at different riding scenarios. Some of these differences are:
- The Osiris is more affordable
(depending on the build spec) - The Osiris can be built up with mechanical or electronic drivetrains. The Nui V2 is electronic only
- The Osiris can be built up with either conventional handlebar stem combos or an integrated cockpit. The Nui V2 comes with an integrated cockpit (you will choose stem length and bar width as part of the ordering process) and isn’t offered with conventional round handlebars
- The Osiris has a max road tire clearance of 32mm. The Nui V2 can accommodate road tires up to 40mm.

Paint options:
The Nui is offered in naked carbon + black gloss decals. You can choose a different colour decals for $100. By choosing a stock scheme we’re typically able to deliver your frames slightly quicker than non-stock paint options. If you want to have a one-of-a-kind paint scheme, we can offer you a fully custom option. You can choose the “Custom” option under paint in the order form for a CAD $350 upcharge. It is best to get in touch with us before placing your custom colour order so we can discuss the possibilities.
Remember: paint adds a bit of weight compared to naked carbon. It’s not much (100-120g) but it’s something to consider.
Frame only or custom build…
We offer the Osiris in a stock build based on either the affordable yet excellent Wheeltop wireless groupset or Shimano 105 or Ultegra Di2 12-speed groupset (pricing above)
You can also purchase the Nui as as frame-only, or chat with us for a quote on a custom build based on a different spec.
