Our workshop, located in Arnprior, Ontario,  offers a comprehensive range of bicycle repair services – from minor adjustments and repairs to component upgrades, seasonal tune-ups and major overhauls.

Appointment-only:

Service is offered by appointment only and that includes instructions on when to drop-off or pick-up your bike, depending on availability of open slots in our service books. Book an appointment here.

We do NOT currently offer “drop-in” service appointments. If you don’t have an appointment booked in advance, we are unfortunately unable to offer service. Please get in touch for more information. 

Turnaround times:

Typical turnaround time during summer months is 48 hours for minor repairs and 3-5 days for intermediate tune-ups. It can take up to two weeks for major overhauls or upgrades especially if parts not in stock are required.

We do NOT offer same-day turnaround on bike assembly. Complete bike assembly turnaround time is a minimum of two working days, assumiung all parts are provided by the customer OR we have any missing parts in stock, from the date the bike is booked in for service.

We reserve the right to decline service on bikes that we deem unsafe to use.

Bikes with excessively dirty/corroded/seized components will be charged at the hourly rate of $90/hour.
