We service road, gravel, hybrid, city, and mountain bikes out of our Arnprior, Ontario workshop. Every job is done with care, to spec, and with full transparency on cost before work begins.

Turnaround time

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. It can take up to two weeks for major overhauls or upgrades especially if parts not in stock are required. Rush service (same or next day in peak season) available at +40% of invoice total..

All prices in CAD and exclude applicable taxes. Parts quoted separately. For off-menu services and special projects, you'll always be informed of cost before we proceed.

Workshop policies

Things to know
before you book.

We believe in transparency — no surprise charges. Here's what to expect.

  • A cleaning fee will be charged for bikes booked in with excessive dirt or mud. Normal road dust and grime is fine.
  • Rush service (same day or next day in peak season) incurs a fee of +40% of the invoice total.
  • E-Bike service rates are +30% above the listed rates for all packages and services.
  • Special projects, bare frame builds, and non-standard jobs are charged at the hourly workshop rate of $90/hr. Request a quote before committing.
  • We can source parts and spares not in stock. You'll be notified of cost in advance, or you can supply your own parts — but must ensure compatibility. Advance payment required for special-order parts.
  • All prices are in CAD and do not include applicable taxes.

Pick a service package, pick from the individua service menu or let us do a Health check first

Let us know what you need or pick form the service menu. If it's something beyond the service menu, we will send you a cost estimate before any work begins.

We get to work

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days but maybe longer depending on the work required. We'll keep you updated on progress and any unexpected findings.

Collect your bike and pay by card, cash, or e-transfer — in person or by invoice.
